Mission Statement

Unfettered Books is a bookshop that caters to the communities of Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas of the Triad. We listen to and anticipate the tastes of the community for the evolution of growth alongside the demographics of multiple generational desires so that the community as a whole can find enjoyment through common reading and experiences. It is a bookshop that rebukes the limitations of corporate aesthetics, ethos, and catering to national trends that do not reflect the tastes and desires of the local customer base. We will stock the books the community wants to read, not what we think the community should read. This is our mission. The community is our algorithm.
